We use EXPRESS shipping and ship to Australia and NZ wide through AUSPOST. Metro customers will receive the item in the very next day, rural customers will receive a day after.
If the product is not as described, we pay shipping fees and take it back. You can either choose for a replacement if we have one available or full refund of money. Change of mind returns would attract 10% restocking fee.

And our pro-owned or refurbished products are covered with 6 months Cellaphone warranty. To claim warranty, store receipt is mandatory. we suggest customers to take a photo copy or a note of invoice number, as the thermal receipt will face out in a month time.
